Royal Indian Salmon Recipe

  1. Place the steaks in a shallow glass pan.
  2. Pour the bouillon and the lemon juice over the steaks.
  3. Add in the seasonings.
  4. Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for at least 2 hrs, turning the steaks occasionally.
  5. To cook, place the steaks on a foil-covered broiling pan.
  6. Spoon 2 tsp.
  7. of the marinade on top of each steak.
  8. Place under the broiler for 6-8 min, or possibly till slightly brown on the edges.
  9. Turn steaks over, spoon on the remaining marinade, and broil for an additional 6-8 min.
  10. A 6 oz serving will container approximately 330 calories.
  11. This dish is also especially delicious grilled outdoors.
