Just Brownie by Rina Laurence
- 8 ounces dark cooking chocolate
- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- Double boil chocolate and butter.
- Stir in sugar, whisk vigorously until almost dissolved.
- Whisk in eggs (one at a time) and then whisk in flour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for about 20 to25 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Best served after being kept in the fridge over night.
