Braised Bamboo Shoots Recipe
- 2 c. Bamboo shoots
- 1/4 c. Stock
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sherry
- 4 Tbsp. Oil

- Cut bamboo shoots in 1-1/2 inch strips.
- Combine stock, soy sauce, sugar and sherry in a c..

- Heat oil.
- Add in bamboo shoots and stir-fry 2 to 3 min.

- Add in stock mix.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer, covered, 20 min.
- Let cold.
- 4.
- Chill, covered, only to chill (about 20 min).
