Brad's Greek style pork

  1. Coat meat with olive oil.
  2. I do this in the vessel that i am cooking it in
  3. Combine greek seasoning and oregano.
  4. Rub on both sides of the meat
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over meat
  6. Sprinkle parsley on top
  7. This can be cooked either in the oven or crock pot.
  8. I do both ways.
  9. The oven requires a little more attention nor to let juices run dry before meat is done
  10. If cooking in a crockpot set on low and cook for 8-9 hours do not lift lid for the first 4-5 hours
  11. If cooking in the oven, bake at 250 for 3-4 hours covered with foil.
  12. After 2 hours check every half hour to make sure that the juices do not run dry.
  13. Add a little water if needed
  14. Meat is done when it is falling apart
