Chinese Style Shrimp (Chicken) Recipe

  1. Mix chicken broth with cornstarch and teriyaki sauce.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat.
  3. Add in snow peas and green onions.
  4. Stir fry till almost tender crisp.
  5. Add in shrimp (or possibly chicken) and stir in chicken broth mix, cook, stirring constantly till sauce thickens and just comes to a boil and meat is tender.
  6. Serve over Pepperidge Farms pastry shells, toast or possibly rice.
