Basic Rolled Biscuits Recipe
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt, (up to 3/4)
- 5 Tbsp. Cool, unsalted butter, cut into pcs, up to 6
- 4 Tbsp. Buttermilk pwdr, (optional)
- The recipe calls for 3/4 c. lowfat milk when making rolled biscuits, but you wouldn't add in it when you're simply making the biscuit mix.
- NOTE: keep mix refrigerated till use
