Szechwan Peanut Chicken

  1. Combine chicken, soy sauce, garlic and ginger; set aside 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken mixture in oil until no longer pink, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add red pepper, picante sauce and peanut butter.
  5. Cook and stir 4 minutes.
  6. Add green onions; heat through.
