Creamy Pasta Primavera Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. thin sliced carrots
- 2 c. bite sized broccoli
- 6 ounce. pkg. frzn snow peas
- 10 ounce. pkg. fettucini, cooked
- 2 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley, optional
- Cook carrots and broccoli in boiling water 3 to 4 min or possibly till tender; drain well.
- Pour hot water over snow peas to thaw; drain.
- In a large skillet, hot Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing on moderate heat till almost simmering.
- Don't Boil.
- Add in noodles and vegetables.
- Toss to coat.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
