Oriental Chicken And Pasta Salad

  1. In 6-quart or 8-quart saucepan, fill 3/4 with cold water or pinch of salt.
  2. Cover until boil; cook spaghetti until soft.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. Saute oil, garlic and crushed red pepper for 1 minute.
  5. Add carrots, celery, green onion, green pepper and red pepper.
  6. Saute for 5 minutes.
  7. Add ginger, sugar, soy sauce and chicken and mix well.
  8. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  9. Add bean sprouts. Remove from heat.
  10. Add spaghetti to above.
  11. Place in suitable covered container in refrigerator until well chilled, about 2 to 3 hours.
