Evies Sauerkraut Hot Dish
- 2 pounds Hamburger Meat (ground Beef)
- 1 can (27 Oz. Size) Sauerkraut
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 2 cups Uncooked Egg Noodles
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium or large sized skillet, brown the hamburger over medium heat until done.
- Once the meat is browned, add sauerkraut (do not drain), cream of chicken soup (just the soup no water is needed), and uncooked egg noodles.
- Mix together.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
