Caesar Wedge Salad
- 16 each romaine lettuce wedges, grilled
- grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 cups red onions, minced
- 2 cups fried pepperoni slices, cut into strips
- 2 cups PURE KRAFT Asiago Caesar Dressing
- For each serving: Place 1 lettuce wedge on serving plate.
- Top with 2 oz.
- chicken and 2 Tbsp.
- each eggs, onions, pepperoni and dressing.
