Bellas Tomato Basil Vinaigrette

• 4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
• 34 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 cup minced fresh basil
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 12 cup chopped green onion
• salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy.
2. Chill before serving on tossed green salad, garden fresh veggies, or any other salad of your choice.
