Shredded Pork Tostadas with Xnipec Radish Salad
- 1 cup radishes, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1 serrano chile, seeded, coarsely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 recipe Pork Chops in Green Mole Sauce (about 2-1/2 cups shredded pork and 1-1/4 cups sauce)
- 8 tostada shells
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Toss meat with mole sauce in microwaveable casserole; cover with lid.
- Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min.
- or until heated through, stirring after each minute.
- Top tostadas with meat mixture, radish mixture and sour cream.
