Chokker Cutlet

  1. Mix chokker, cauliflower, spinach, potatoes, green chili, coriander,salt and pepper into dough.
  2. shape the mixture into round balls and flatten it a bit.
  3. refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
  4. Heat a nonstick pan, brush with oil and brown the cutlets on both sides.
  5. Serve hot.
