Bruce Aidell's Bourbon Mustard Glaze Recipe

  1. Note: Use this glaze to marinate portk or possibly beef ribs before grilling or possibly broiling; paint on lamb or possibly pork chops, duck breast, or possibly ham before baking.
  2. Baste with the mix several times during cooking.

  4. In a small bowl,combine sugar, molasses, bourbon, soy, and Worchestershire.
  5. Wiht a whisk, mix the ingredients till sugar has dissolved.

  7. Add in mustard and pepper and whisk till smooth.
