Bruce Aidell's Bourbon Mustard Glaze Recipe
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Low-sulfur Molasses
- 1/4 c. Bourbon
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 c. Dijon or possibly Creole Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- Note: Use this glaze to marinate portk or possibly beef ribs before grilling or possibly broiling; paint on lamb or possibly pork chops, duck breast, or possibly ham before baking.
- Baste with the mix several times during cooking.

- In a small bowl,combine sugar, molasses, bourbon, soy, and Worchestershire.
- Wiht a whisk, mix the ingredients till sugar has dissolved.

- Add in mustard and pepper and whisk till smooth.
