Mussles in garlic sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Heat wok
  3. Saute 2 minutes till all ingredients cover muscles
  4. Add one tbl spoon or water or rum.
  5. Cover to steam 3 minutes till muscles open
  6. Enjoy
