Barb's Creamy Cheese Pie Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) block "Philly" cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) container lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 sm. container (8 ounce.) Cold Whip
- Pet Ritz extra serving graham cracker crust
- Fruit topping if you like
- Cream together cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Mix in Cold Whip.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Chill 2 hrs before serving.
- May top with cherries, strawberries, blueberries, etc.
