Crunchy Pecan Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

  1. Wash mushrooms gently in cold water or possibly wipe with damp cloth.
  2. Remove stems and chop.
  3. Saute/fry onion in butter; add in minced stems, pecans, bread crumbs, lemon juice and salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Mound mushroom caps with stuffing.
  6. Broil 4 min about 4 inches from heat or possibly cook in microwave oven on 100 percent power 2 to 3 min till heated through.
