Crunchy Pecan Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
- 12 lg. fresh mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Wash mushrooms gently in cold water or possibly wipe with damp cloth.
- Remove stems and chop.
- Saute/fry onion in butter; add in minced stems, pecans, bread crumbs, lemon juice and salt.
- Mix well.
- Mound mushroom caps with stuffing.
- Broil 4 min about 4 inches from heat or possibly cook in microwave oven on 100 percent power 2 to 3 min till heated through.
