Bristol Ice Box Cake Recipe

• 1/4 c. Butter, melted
• 2 c. Crushed pineapple, liquid removed
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1/2 c. Pecans, minced
• 3 c. Vanilla wafer crumbs
• 1/2 pt Heavy cream, whipped

1. Mix first 4 ingredients.
2. Line a 1 qt dish with a layer of crumbs, then a layer of mix.
3. Repeat the process, ending with crumbs.
4. Chill 3-4 hrs or possibly overnight.
5. To serve, garnish with whipped cream.
6. Could substitute CoolWhip if you like.
