Great Meatloaf Recipe
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 2/3 c. Pepperidge Farm dry stuffing
- 2 tbsp. instant chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 drops warm pepper sauce
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon summer savory
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pkg. (1 3/4 ounce.) Knorr's cream of leek soup mix
- 1 c. water
- 3 strips bacon, optional
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients except soup mix, water and bacon.
- Blend soup mix and water.
- Add in to meat mix.
- Mix thoroughly and put into 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Put bacon on top.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Let stand 5 min before cutting.
- Makes great sandwiches.
