Liptauer Cheese

• 250 g light cream cheese
• 100 g butter or 100 g margarine
• 1 bunch fresh chives or 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
• 1 teaspoon caraway seed
• 2 tablespoons sour cream

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until creamy.
