Grilled Vegetable Kabob Salad

  1. Thread vegetables alternately on 12 small skewers.
  2. Place in large shallow pan; brush with dressing.
  3. Let stand 30 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-hot heat.
  6. Place skewers on grill.
  7. Grill 6 to 8 min.
  8. or until tender, brushing with dressing and turning occasionally.
  9. Place greens on 6 individual plates; top each with 2 kabobs.
