Polenta with mushroom and cheese

  1. Slice polenta into 1/4 in slices
  2. Slice cheese
  3. Slice mushrooms how you want them.
  4. I sliced mine small because my 12 month old Loves these.
  5. :)
  6. Heat skillet with a little oil
  7. Add mushroom and cook until soft.
  8. On medium heat.
  9. In another skillet, heat oil on med/high.
  10. Fry polenta slices until crunchy.
  11. Once crunchy, remove polenta and place on paper towel to drain.
  12. Place desired amount of cheese on each polenta pieces.
  13. Top with hot sauteed mushrooms
  14. Add some condiment.
  15. I used homemade ketchup.
  16. Salsa sounds great too!
  17. Enjoy!
