Taco Chex Mix
- 4 cups Chex Cereal
- 4 cups Oyster Crackers
- 4 cups Cheez Its
- 4 cups Butter Spindle Pretzels
- 1/4 cups Taco Seasoning Mix (Use Half The Amount If You Want It Milder)
- 13 cups Canola Oil
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. 2.
- Double line a paper bag.
- 3.
- Pour cereal, crackers and pretzels into paper bag.
- Top with taco seasoning and oil.
- Fold top of bag down and shake until mixed well.
- 4.
- Pour snack mix onto 2 large baking sheets (with sides).
- Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

- Cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
