Easy Thanksgiving Pie Recipe

  1. Stir ice cream just sufficient to soften.
  2. Quickly mix in candied ginger.
  3. Spread proportionately in 9 inch pastry shell and freeze.
  4. Mix pumpkin and dry ingredients.
  5. Mix in whipped cream.
  6. Spread over ice cream layer and return to freezer.
  7. Leave for several hrs or possibly overnight.
  8. Remove from freezer 20 min before serving.
