Mexican Lasagne

  1. Lightly spray a pan with oil and saute onion until translucent.
  2. Add mince and cook until browned.
  3. Add pasta sauce and beans, bring to boil and reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Gently heat cheese spread, cheese and milk until combined.
  5. Spoon one-third of the meat onto the base of a 2.5 litre ovenproof baking dish.
  6. Top with a layer of lasagne sheets then with one-third of the cheese spread sauce.
  7. Repeat layering twice more.
  8. Cover and bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
  9. Top with corn chips and salsa, return to bake, uncovered, for a further 10 minutes.
