Peanut Butter Popcorn Crunch

  2. Mix together popcorn and pretzels.

  4. Place sugar, honey and syrup in a small saucepan.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until melted.

  10. Pour hot peanut butter mixture over popcorn and pretzels.
  11. Toss until evenly coated.
  12. Allow to cool before adding chocolate-covered peanuts.
  13. Tips:
  14. Avoid the urge to boil the sugar mixture for longer than 2 minutes.
  15. This will make the coating set up too hard.
  16. If you wont be eating this right away, lay it out on baking sheets to dry.
  17. This way it wont clump together in one solid mass.
