Homemade Baked Tortilla Chips
- 1 package (12 Ounce) Tortillas (I Used Whole Wheat But Any Will Work)
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil Spray
- 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 3 teaspoons Any Combonation Of: Salt, Seasoning Salt, Garlic Salt, Paprika, Chili Powder, Ground Cumin, Cayenne Pepper, Ranch Dressing Powder, Or Whatever Makes Your Skirt Fly Up.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut each tortilla into 8 chip-sized wedges with scissors or a pizza wheel cutter.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
- Spray each tortilla wedge with oil until slightly moist.
- Combine lime juice with your choice of the spices in a small bowl and drizzle on the chips.
- Bake for about 7 minutes.
- Rotate the pan and bake for another 8 minutes or until the chips are crisp, but not too brown.
- Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
