Homemade Baked Tortilla Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut each tortilla into 8 chip-sized wedges with scissors or a pizza wheel cutter.
  3. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
  4. Spray each tortilla wedge with oil until slightly moist.
  5. Combine lime juice with your choice of the spices in a small bowl and drizzle on the chips.
  6. Bake for about 7 minutes.
  7. Rotate the pan and bake for another 8 minutes or until the chips are crisp, but not too brown.
  8. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
