Breezy Caribbean Shrimp And Grape Wraps Recipe

  4. Add in shrimp, lime peel, thyme, pepper and cinnamon; saute/fry till shrimp is barely cooked.
  5. Add in grapes, lime juice and warm pepper seasoning; mix well and remove from heat.
  6. Mix rice and chutney; season to taste with salt.

  8. Tightly wrap tortillas in heavy foil; heat at 350 degrees for 5 - 10 min.
  9. Spread tortillas on a clean dry surface.
  10. Portion -1/4 of the shrimp mix and -1/2 c. of the rice mix on -1/2 of each tortilla.
  11. Fold sides in and roll into a square bundle.
