Butter Crusted Oysters

  1. In a food processor, pulse thyme, bread, butter, parsley and salt until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Spread butter mixture over entire surface of each oyster.
  4. Place oysters on a rimmed baking sheet and broil until crust is golden brown, about 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
