Broccoli Soup(Hot Or Cold)

  1. In a 1-quart saucepan, combine 1 1/4 cups of the stock with the currants, cumin, turmeric and red pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil. Stir in the couscous.
  3. Remove from the heat.
  4. Cover the pan and let stand for 10 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed.
