Prawn and Avocado Salad

  1. PLACE spring onion strips in a bowl of cold water and refrigerate until curled.
  2. Drain.
  3. ARRANGE the witlof leaves on a serving plate or bowl and top with the avocado, radish, prawns and spring onions.
  4. Drizzle with the dressing.
  5. Serve immediately
