Moroccan-Style Turkey Skillet

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients until blended.
  2. Pour over turkey in shallow bowl; stir to evenly coat turkey.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Meanwhile, squeeze juice from 1 orange.
  6. Cut remaining orange in half, then cut each half into thin slices.
  7. Cook turkey, in batches, in large skillet on medium-high heat 2 min.
  8. or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
  9. Return all turkey to skillet; stir in orange juice, orange slices, raisins and pine nuts.
  10. Cook and stir 3 min.
  11. or until turkey is done.
  12. Remove from heat.
  13. Stir in mint.
