low calorie al pastor pineapple salsa chicken tacos

  1. trim fat from chicken breast and chop into an inch bite size peices
  2. chop all veggies
  3. heat oil over medium heat
  4. add all veggies and chicken and cook until no longer pink
  5. add all spices and about a half cup of salsa
  6. serve over romaine and top with remaining ingredients- I like to add a little more salsa too
