Broccoli Garlic Pasta
- 1 head broccoli (add more if desired)
- 1 lb spinach rotini pasta
- 2 -4 garlic cloves, diced
- 14-12 cup olive oil
- parmesan cheese, shredded
- Steam broccoli to desired texture.
- Boil noodles to al dente.
- Saute garlic in the olive oil.
- Mix broccoli, noodles, sauteed garlic with oil in a large bowl (the oil serves as a light sauce.
- You may want to saute more garlic if more is desired).
- Sprinkle desired amount of Parmesan cheese on top.
- Serve warm or cold.
