Lamb.... Barbecue Lamb Chops

  1. Wash the lamb under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Put the lamb in a non reactive bowl and pour the marinade over to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, the longer the better.
  4. Put the unused marinade in the frig for the grilling.
  5. Heat grill to low -medium.
  6. Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side marinating as you go.
  7. Cook until desired texture is reached, in other words, don't burn them!
  8. Serve hot.
