Low Fat, Low Cal and Healthy Grilled Swiss Cheese

• 1 slice of kraft singles 2% low-fat swiss cheese (reduced fat)
• 2 slices white bread
• 2 teaspoons butter
• 1 teaspoon flax seed

1. 1.Put the cheese slice on the bread.

3. Spread the flaxseed on the cheese.

5. Cover with the other slice of bread.
6. 4.Put 1 teaspon of butter on each bred slice.
7. Pur in a panini-press preferably or in a skillet.
