Mojos
- 2 medium russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 8 tablespoons Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- vegetable oil (for deep frying)
- 1.
- Combine poultry seasoning, kosher salt, flour, and bread crumbs.
- 2.
- Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
- 3.
- Wisk together milk and egg.
- 4.
- Coat each potato slice with egg and milk mixture.
- 5.
- Dredge each slice in crumb mixture and seat aside on a plate to rest.
- 6.
- Add directly to 370 degree F oil and fry until golden brown.
- I wait to make this until I have slightly older oil as this this recipe completely ruins the oil afterward with the amount of flour in the recipe.
- The oil is usually brown after I make these.
