Hot Corn Bread Recipe

• 3 c. Pioneer corn bread mix
• 3 beaten Large eggs
• 1 2/3 c. lowfat milk
• 1/2 c. oil
• 1 can cream-style corn
• 7 jalapenos (washed, minced, and seeded)
• 1 lg. onion, minced
• 1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese
• Bacos to taste
• 3 tbsp. sugar
• 1 jar pimentos
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr

1. Combine all of the above ingredients.
2. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
