Better Choice Cheesy Lasagna Roll-Ups

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
  3. Meanwhile, brown meat with garlic in large skillet; drain.
  4. Return to skillet.
  5. Mix sauce and seasoning.
  6. Add 1 cup to meat mixture along with the mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs; mix well.
  7. Drain noodles; rinse.
  8. Spread 1/3 cup meat mixture onto each noodle; top with one 2% Milk Singles piece.
  9. Roll up.
  10. Spread half the remaining sauce mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with lasagna rolls, seam sides down, and remaining sauce.
  11. Cover.
  12. Bake 25 min.
  13. or until heated through.
  14. Top with remaining Singles pieces; bake 5 min.
  15. or until melted.
