3 Step Mini Cheesecake Baskets Recipe

• 2 pkt Cream cheese, (8 ounce) softened
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• 2 x Large eggs
• Coconut
• Jelly beans
• Licorice

1. Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; add in Large eggs.
2. Place 12 vanilla wafers on bottom of 12 paper lined muffin c.. Pour cream cheese mix into muffin c.. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins or possibly till centers are almost set.
3. Cold.
4. Chill 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
5. Sprinkle with coconut and jelly beans just before serving.
6. Shape licorice to make basket handles.
