Fresh Veggie Wrap & Hummus
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1-1/2 cups ATHENOS MEDITERRANEAN SPREADS Hummus
- 2 cups red or green grapes
- 24 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Mix carrots and peppers with hummus and spread 1/4 of mixture over each tortilla; roll and eat.
- Enjoy 1/2 cup grapes and 3/4 cup yogurt per serving for dessert.
- Serve each wrap with an 8 fl oz glass of milk.
