Fresh Veggie Wrap & Hummus

  1. Mix carrots and peppers with hummus and spread 1/4 of mixture over each tortilla; roll and eat.
  2. Enjoy 1/2 cup grapes and 3/4 cup yogurt per serving for dessert.
  3. Serve each wrap with an 8 fl oz glass of milk.
