Tomato and Cucumber Salad
- 6 md. firm tomatoes
- 3 cucumbers, each 4 to 5 inches, peeled
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 md. onion
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp. sunflower
- corn oil
- De-stem the tomatoes, quarter them and place in a large bowl.
- Slice the cucumbers and the onion and combine with the oil and sour cream in the bowl.
- Sprinkle with the dill as you serve.
- Chill and serve.
