Tuna Pasta Salad

  1. Drain tuna and reserve oil.
  2. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil over high heat.
  3. Stir in pasta and cook until just done, about 8 minutes.
  4. Pour into a colander and drain under cool running water.
  5. Place reserved oil in a large bowl.
  6. Add dill, salt, pepper, lemon juice, lime juice, vinegar and olive oil, whisking to combine.
  7. Add tuna, pasta, tomatoes, garbanzo beans and spinach, tossing to combine.
  8. Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 2 hours.
