Chocolate Chunk Oat Cookies
- 250 g butter
- 3 tablespoons condensed milk
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 12 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 250 g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- Soften the butter.
- Beat it with the condensed milk and sugar until light and creamy.
- Add flour, oats, baking powder and chocolate.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Put dessertspoons of the mixture on oven trays which have been greased and lined with baking paper.
- Press down with a fork.
- Bake for 15 minutes, rotating the trays halfway through cooking.
