Ham, Cheese and Egg White Sandwich

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Use 2-inch cookie cutter to cut 6 rounds from ham steak; place 1 in each of in 6 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Reserve ham trimmings for snacking or another use.
  4. Whisk egg whites until blended; pour over ham.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 min.
  6. or until eggs are set.
  7. Cover bottom halves of muffins with Kraft Singles.
  8. Remove egg-topped ham rounds from muffin cups; place over Singles.
  9. Cover with tomatoes and tops of muffins.
