Ham, Cheese and Egg White Sandwich
- 1 ham steak (175 g)
- 1-1/2 cups NatureggTM Simply Egg WhitesTM, well shaken
- 6 whole wheat English muffins, split, toasted
- 4 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices
- 1 large tomato, cut into 6 slices
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Use 2-inch cookie cutter to cut 6 rounds from ham steak; place 1 in each of in 6 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
- Reserve ham trimmings for snacking or another use.
- Whisk egg whites until blended; pour over ham.
- Bake 15 to 20 min.
- or until eggs are set.
- Cover bottom halves of muffins with Kraft Singles.
- Remove egg-topped ham rounds from muffin cups; place over Singles.
- Cover with tomatoes and tops of muffins.
