Atsuage with Lots of Green Onions in Chili-style Sauce

  1. Blanch the atsuage in boiling water to remove excess oil.
  2. Cut into bite-size pieces and dust with katakuriko.
  3. Heat a large amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  4. Cook the atsuage until well browned.
  5. Remove from the pan.
  6. Lightly salt the finely chopped green onions and stir-fry.
  7. Add the atsuage and the ingredients.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Finally, drizzle in the sesame oil.
