Three-Cheese Macaroni Soup
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- Bring milk and water to boil in large saucepan.
- Stir in Macaroni.
- Return to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 12 to 14 min.
- or until macaroni is tender.
- Add VELVEETA and Cheese Sauce from pouch; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
- Stir in corn and onions; cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Serve topped with mozzarella and pepper.
