Warm Capsicum & Bean Salad

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add beans and toss for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add the capsicum and toss a further 2-3 minutes until just tender.
  4. Remove vegetables from heat and stir through the dressing.
  5. Arrange on serving plate and top with feta and pepper.
  6. Serve with grilled meats.

light olive oil, green beans, red, yellow, feta, black pepper
