Warm Capsicum & Bean Salad
- 2 teaspoons light olive oil
- 200g green beans, trimmed
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 yellow capsicum, sliced
- 1/4 cup KRAFT FREE* French Dressing
- 50g reduced-fat feta, crumbled
- black pepper
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add beans and toss for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add the capsicum and toss a further 2-3 minutes until just tender.
- Remove vegetables from heat and stir through the dressing.
- Arrange on serving plate and top with feta and pepper.
- Serve with grilled meats.
