Asian Red Cabbage Salad

  1. Combine sliced cabbage, julienned carrots and cranberries in large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients to make the dressing.
  3. Pour dressing over salad mixture and stir.
  4. Add toasted sunflower seeds immediately before serving.
